? Installation Steps:
- 1: Place the high tube vertically in relation to the ground.
- 2: Place the short end of the long tube vertically to the ground. Make sure the holes on both tubes are on the same line.
- 3: Put the steel bar between the two tubes. Make sure the hole in the steel bar is on the same line as the first hole in the tubes.
- 4: Insert the screws into the holes directly from the right end and reinforce the screws with pliers.
- Note: There are two washers between the lower horizontal tube and the vertical posts on the ends of the bolts.
